5 YEAR WARRANTY

Winner's Circle Mats are made to exacting standards from quality materials and carry a five (5) year pro rata warranty from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects or premature wear out resulting from normal wear and tear. Winner's Circle Mats should give many years of satisfactory performance in excess of the warranty period.This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. Under no circumstances will Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. be liable for a cost exceeding the original selling price of a damaged mat.

In the event a mat has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and sold, the warranty is null and void If a disagreement arises as to what constitutes premature wear, the final decision will be made by Summit Flexible Products.Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from the use of this product.
