Group Summit Warranty Information

Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. warrants that all mats will carry a pro- rated limited warranty from date of purchase against defect in material or workmanship. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

Should a defect in material or workmanship be discovered within this limited warranty time period, Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. will replace or credit the mat(s) following the listed pro-rated amounts, based on the original purchase price.

In the event the mat has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and sold, or if the mat is damaged by willful abuse, negligence, or improper installation, this warranty is null and void.

Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. does not provide any warranty on any ** EVA product which is;

• Stored or used outdoors in excessive sunlight or heat
• Installed over dirt, gravel, clay or sand
• Installed over heated floors
• Installed in areas which experience extreme temperature changes

Any warranty representations, or statements which differ from the foregoing are unauthorized by Summit Flexible Products, Ltd., and become the warranty solely of the party making them. Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including lost profits, loss of use or other economic loss, and Summit Flexible Products, Ltd., liability under this limited warranty will, in no event, exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.
