5 YEAR WARRANTY

VersaDeck is made to exacting standards from quality materials and carries a five (5) year warranty from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects or premature wear out resulting from normal wear and tear. VersaDeck should give many years of satisfactory performance in excess of the warranty period. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. Under no circumstances will Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. be liable for a cost exceeding the original selling price of a damaged mat.

In the event VersaDeck has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed and sold, the warranty is null and void. If a disagreement arises as to what constitutes premature wear, the final decision will be that of Summit Flexible Products, Ltd. who is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from the use of this product.
