BoviTrax 500 mats are tougher than nearly any sheet or tile on the market but much more flexible and resilient than hard and slippery conveyor belting. Our latex strengthened formula does not use sulfur or urethane binders that deteriorate more quickly and which absorb fluids over time causing stress and premature wear.

BoviTrax 500 matting comes in easy to install 2' x 3' (63cm x 93cm) tiles that have precision molded interlocking edges with our stagger tooth design. This allows BoviTrax 500 mats to be connected parallel or perpendicular to one another so no matter what your floor size we can cover it more efficiently and no professional installation is required.

A leading drawback with the usual 48" (120cm) x 72" (180cm) mats is the amount of waste or trimming that is required when you have common aisle widths such as 13' or 11' or 14'. BoviTrax 500 mats can conveniently cover any floor from 2' to infinity in 1' increments.

In flush barns BoviTrax 500 mats work fabulously in long walkways. Cows will parade on as little as 2' of rubber. Or turn them sideways and give your herd a 3' path. At the feed bunk link them in the 2' direction for the front legs and the 3' direction for the hind legs. BoviTrax 500 is very cost effective with little waste or trimming in most barns.
